POWER CHOCK® AUTO is our new automatic vehicle restraint. Designed to meet new industry standards for automation, it offers enhanced safety by eliminating the need for the trailer driver to be involved in securing the loading dock.
Compatible with all vehicles, this model provides universal, high-performance securing, making it the optimal choice for effective trailer restraint.
POWER CHOCK® AUTO, the ultimate evolution of a 30-year-old proven concept, is a simple, versatile, reliable and semi-automatic vehicle restraint system.
No driver intervention is required to set the wheel chock, and therefore to secure the vehicle.
POWER CHOCK® AUTO is equipped with high-quality optical sensors that can detect the wheels up to 6.60 meters from the building wall to secure all types of vehicles.
POWER CHOCK® AUTO mechanical movement system is not subject to any torsional forces as all the pressure exerted frontally by the vehicle is transferred to the POWER CHOCK®, gripping to the restraining plate.

In swap-body mode, POWER CHOCK® AUTO prevents the trailer from reversing under the swab body while the door is open:
■ Sensors and alarms warn of approaching vehicles.
■ The high-strength steel wheel chock blocks the tractor if it continues to move backwards under the swap body despite the audible alarm
■ The chock is positioned on a special restraining plate at the front of the system
DOCK LEVELER / DOOR-WHEEL CHOCK INTERFACE.
Loading bay personnel are authorized to operate the leveler and/or door only when the wheel chock is correctly positioned, as confirmed by a sensor.
SUPERIOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM.
Visual indicators (red/green lights) and audible alarms alert both warehouse worker inside and driver outside about the status of the wheel chock and the safe availability of the loading bay.
FULL VISIBILITY. BETTER CONTROL.
In accordance with European standards, POWER CHOCK® AUTO features an exterior camera facing the loading bay area and an interior screen adjacent to the control panel. This visual communication setup enables the operator to verify the absence of any individuals in the bay area before deploying the wheel chock.
